Courses are structured as a Common core 'Day 1' and a species specific 'Day 2' course

It is possible to sign up for a 'Day 1' course. Complete that exam and subsequently do a species specific 'day 2' course ( eg aquatic or large animal)

Training courses for researchers working with animals are run at least twice yearly in Dublin. Courses also are arranged in Cork and Galway
Universities in Ireland often accept the Modular training courses from the UK.
